Pay: $18.73/hour

Experience: 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4:30pm

Job Description:

1. Provides a high level of service and support ensuring member satisfaction through prompt and professional assistance.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
3. Assist members with inquiries, account support, and general questions.
4. Provide accurate information and send out informational packets as requested.
5. Answer all eligibility-related questions clearly and effectively.
6. Resolve issues by applying technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.
