Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45am to 4:30pm

Employers Options is seeking a Program Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Conduct outreach to identify, interview, and enroll eligible clients
• Obtain the necessary information and documents for clients
• Assess the information collected and determine the need for referrals, services, and assistance
• Aid in the completion of application forms and make client referrals
• Provide information to clients about appropriate government, community, or other organizational resources
• Refer clients to mental health and substance abuse treatment as necessary
• Input information in a database
• Compile records and prepare reports as assigned
• Attend various meetings as needed
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
• Competent computer skills and the ability to input data and upload documents into a reporting database
• General understanding of available community resources
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on a team
• Detail and task-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
