Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Haiku, HI
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Employers Options is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or employee
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including selecting locations, arranging food and beverages, and preparing necessary materials
- Organize, distribute, and maintain documents following established standards
- Order office supplies to ensure a well-equipped work environment
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and syntax improvements
- Welcome and assist customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Submit and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner
- Arrange travel accommodations and manage schedules of one or more professionals
- Record and transcribe meeting minutes accurately
- Conduct data analysis using spreadsheet software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and strong time management skills
