Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Employers Options is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or employee
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including selecting locations, arranging food and beverages, and preparing necessary materials
• Organize, distribute, and maintain documents following established standards
• Order office supplies to ensure a well-equipped work environment
• Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and syntax improvements
• Welcome and assist customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Submit and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner
• Arrange travel accommodations and manage schedules of one or more professionals
• Record and transcribe meeting minutes accurately
• Conduct data analysis using spreadsheet software

Position Requirements:    

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and strong time management skills
