Experience: Experience in high-end customer service roles required. Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury condominium preferred.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Residential Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Provide front-line customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
2. Monitor property access and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
3. Respond to resident concerns and service requests promptly.
4. Manage package deliveries, logs, and building records.
5. Patrol property and monitor security systems, including cameras.
6. Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic in designated areas.
7. Assist with amenity operations, reservations, and event setups.
8. Respond to emergencies and report safety or security concerns.

Position Requirements:

1. Work weekends and holidays as needed.
2. Lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
3. Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
4. Operate basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Learn and use property management systems and tools.
6. Drive and park various types of vehicles safely.
7. Communicate clearly and work with minimal supervision.
