Position: Operations Coordinator

Location: Kaanapali, HI

Pay: $65k-$80k/yr (depending on experience)

Experience: Five (5) years of experience in the hotel/resort industry including reservations, occupancy, housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting tasks

Employers Options is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

• Record and maintain occupancy information
• Respond to and document work orders, progress, and follow-up
• Schedule and assist with preventative maintenance
• Recruit qualified contractors and vendors, schedule and monitor work
• Assist with processing payments, data entry, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks
• Handle order/purchase of equipment, parts, and supplies for maintenance
• Maintain documents, inventory, equipment, and supplies
• Organize and oversee the housekeeping staff
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:    

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to problem-solve and multitask
