Position: Part-time Self Storage Representative

Location: Kent, WA

Pay: This position has a fixed pay rate of $18/hour

Experience:  

1. 2–3 years of previous customer service experience is required.
2. Previous self-storage experience preferred, but not required.

Type: Part-time; Contract 

Schedule: Thursday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00pm (Up to 30 hours/week)

Logic Staffing is seeking a Part-time Self Storage Representative to join our team! 

Job Description: 

1. Assist customers with move-ins, move-outs, and storage inquiries.
2. Prepare and process customer notices, delinquency documentation, and related administrative paperwork.
3. Complete daily deposit reconciliation using facility management software and banking systems (training provided).
4. Utilize facility management software, email, and basic computer systems for daily operations.
5. Answer phones and provide in-person customer service support.
6. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
7. Conduct daily security walks of the property.
8. Sweep units, roll-up doors, and common areas; perform light landscaping.
9. Conduct weekly lock audits to ensure unit security.
10. Assist with auction preparation and related paperwork.
11. Perform weekly golf cart inspections.

Position Requirements: 

1. Strong customer service and communication skills.
2. Ability to handle administrative tasks and documentation accurately.
3. Basic computer proficiency (email, software systems, data entry).
4. Strong attention to detail (lock audits, paperwork, deposits).
5. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
7. Willingness to perform light maintenance (cleaning units, sweeping, landscaping).
8. Ability to conduct security walks and follow safety procedures.
9. Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. 
10. Must have reliable transportation. 
11. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
12. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
