Position: HR Consulting Sales Executive

Location: Nashville, TN

Pay: $90,000/year

Experience: At least 5 years of strategic HR management experience required; experience selling ideas and influencing C-suite executives required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Greene Resources is seeking a HR Consulting Sales Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Identify, prospect, and close new HR Consulting business to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
2. Develop referral sources and attend networking and association events to drive new business.
3. Create proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate agreement terms to achieve successful outcomes.
4. Manage and document sales pipeline activity within CRM systems.
5. Educate prospects on HR trends, compliance, and service offerings to drive engagement.
6. Partner with marketing and internal teams to execute campaigns and generate leads.
7. Conduct client check-ins to support retention and identify cross-selling opportunities.
8. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives including presentations, webinars, and industry events.

Position Requirements:

1. Experience with HR Consulting sales processes and tools.
2. Proficiency in database applications and CRM systems.
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
4. Strong negotiation and proposal development skills.
5. Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
6. Ability to travel and attend networking events as needed.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Clear, confident communication and leadership presence.
