Pay: $90,000/year
Experience: At least 5 years of strategic HR management experience required; experience selling ideas and influencing C-suite executives required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Greene Resources is seeking a HR Consulting Sales Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Identify, prospect, and close new HR Consulting business to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Develop referral sources and attend networking and association events to drive new business.
- Create proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate agreement terms to achieve successful outcomes.
- Manage and document sales pipeline activity within CRM systems.
- Educate prospects on HR trends, compliance, and service offerings to drive engagement.
- Partner with marketing and internal teams to execute campaigns and generate leads.
- Conduct client check-ins to support retention and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives including presentations, webinars, and industry events.
Position Requirements:
- Experience with HR Consulting sales processes and tools.
- Proficiency in database applications and CRM systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong negotiation and proposal development skills.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to travel and attend networking events as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clear, confident communication and leadership presence.
