Position: Human Resources Specialist 

Location: Riverside, CA (Onsite)

Pay: $25 to $27/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: Previous HR experience.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm (Must be able to work flexible hours as needed) 

Logic Staffing is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team! 

Job Description: 

1. Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate parties.
2. Complete the E-Verify/background check process as necessary for associate onboarding.
3. Audit employee files across multiple platforms and maintain confidentiality.
4. File all documents, respond to emails, and check in guests.
5. Work with Talent Agents and Allocation Managers regarding interview schedules.
6. Liaise between Array Central HR, Insurance, Benefits, and local brands.
7. Activate and deactivate associate profiles.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements: 

1. Bilingual in Spanish is required.
2. Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications.
3. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
6. Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
7. Effectively work in a team environment and independently.
8. Ability to prioritize work and multitask.
