Position: Portfolio Manager

Location: Oakland Park, FL

Pay: $28 to $35/hour (depending on experience)

Experience/Education:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Property/Facility Management, or related fields + 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager.
2. OR a High school diploma or GED + 7+ years of experience as a Property Manager.

HH Staffing is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! The purpose of this role is to manage residential properties within the cluster, ensuring tenant satisfaction, strong financial performance, and operational excellence.

Job Description:

1. Oversee financial operations, including budget management, rent collection, and expenses.
2. Monitor KPIs and take corrective action as needed.
3. Analyze property and financial data to support decision-making.
4. Lead and support on-site teams to meet service and performance goals.
5. Supervise maintenance and ensure safety and functionality.
6. Maintain tenant records and communication.
7. Develop retention strategies and plan community engagement activities.
8. Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.

Position Requirements:   

1. Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred.
2. Strong financial, operational, and customer service background.
