Position: Assistant Warehouse Floor Lead

Location: Puunene, Maui, HI

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Day Shift 

Pay: $18/hr

Employers Options is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Floor Lead to join a growing and dynamic team! 

Job Description:

• Maintain a complete, prioritized list of job-relevant challenges and problems and use expertise and research to identify viable solutions
• Schedule employees for open shifts
• Apply appropriate processes to achieve goals (applying process effectively)
• Take charge in case of emergencies to direct actions to maximize safety
• Conduct on-the-job training with new hires to "teach the ropes"

Position Requirements:

• Ability to write and respond to routine correspondence (email+)
• Must have a clean 2 years Drivers Abstract
• Operate technology systems
• Prepare work schedules
