Position: Sales Development Manager 

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $90,000 to $100,000/year Plus Commission!

Experience: 

1. 5+ years of sales management experience.
2. 2+ years as a sales trainer with a minimum audience size of 10 for ongoing progressive classwork is required.

Education: No formal education is required – your experience and expertise matter most!

Job Description:  

1. Develop & Deliver Exceptional Training: Lead engaging training programs for new sales hires, equipping them with the skills they need to thrive.
2. Manage Cohorts: Oversee multiple concurrent classes and ensure consistent delivery of learning objectives.
3. Collaborate & Communicate: Provide detailed learning and development updates to leadership, including feedback to Array’s horizontal experts and General Managers.
4. Facilitate Virtual Learning: Utilize virtual platforms (especially Microsoft Teams) to deliver dynamic training sessions, lead discussions, and manage breakout rooms.

Position Requirements:    

1. Expertise in virtual training environments, with proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
2. Confidence in public speaking and facilitating meaningful discussions.
3. An engaging, dynamic presentation style that captivates and inspires learners.
4. Ability to provide actionable, honest, and constructive feedback to help others grow.
5. Exceptional performance management skills, such as leveraging data to diagnose and recommend behaviors or actions that drive immediate results.
