Position: Warehouse Project Lead

Location: Sumner, WA

Pay: $24.50/hour

Experience: Previous lead or related experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Contract 

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 5:00pm to 1:30am

Job Description: 

1. Oversee staff performance to ensure project KPIs are consistently met.
2. Identify and escalate emerging issues to supervisors, management, or relevant team members.
3. Drive lean and efficient workflows to boost productivity and reduce waste.
4. Assess daily workloads and allocate resources to maintain timely project execution.
5. Keep the department floor clean and workstations organized for optimal efficiency.
6. Carry out project-related tasks as directed by management.
7. Load and unload shipments from trucks or containers.
8. Receive, sort, and store inventory in designated locations.
9. Accurately ticket, tag, and label products.
10. Palletize, restack, and wrap inventory for outbound shipments.
11. Pick and pack orders using RF scanners.
12. Label, seal, and package items to ensure safe delivery.
13. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a strong sense of urgency.
14. Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate daily assignments.
15. Perform other general labor duties as needed.

Position Requirements: 

1. Strong attention to detail.
2. Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. 
3. Must have reliable transportation. 
4. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
5. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
