HireOne Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Lease residential or commercial units to maximize occupancy
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting guests with requests and issues
• Sell company products and services
• Handle post-close administrative processes
• Conduct tours, presenting the facility in a positive, truthful light and answering prospect questions
• Develop and implement simple marketing and awareness activity plans to drive traffic
• Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities
• Plan events for residents
• Ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products and services
• Follow up with new customers as appropriate to ensure satisfaction

Position Requirements

• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures
