Position: Entry-Level Talent Agent 

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Pay: $40,000 to $45,000/yr + commissions!

Experience: Previous customer service and sales experience. Training provided!

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift  

Array Corporation is seeking an Entry-Level Talent Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description: 

• Identify candidates through various screening methods, interviewing, and scheduling candidate interviews.
• Onboard and manage candidates throughout the process.
• Execute recruiting plans to meet client deadlines and recruiting needs.
• Provide feedback and coaching to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Maintain daily communication with account managers.
• Adjust to shifting priorities while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in meetings with client managers over the phone or in person.
• Research and learn current and new sourcing, recruiting practices, and trends.

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities and multitask.
