Position: Bilingual Account Executive

Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $65,000 to $70,000/year + Commission!

Experience:

1. Staffing experience is preferred
2. B2B sales experience is highly desired

Education: High school diploma or GED

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Account Executive to join a growing and dynamic team! Drive high-volume sales by identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions through our services. Focus your time strategically to meet performance goals and close deals. Lead discovery meetings that surface client challenges, then present and pitch effective service-based solutions. Maintain accurate CRM records, negotiate contracts, and forecast sales or recruiting activity. Educate clients and prospects on products and services with clarity and confidence.

Job Description: 

1. Conduct a high volume of sales for company services
2. Strategically allocate your time to activities that will best accomplish set goals
3. Conduct effective discovery meetings that uncover pain points aligned with products and services
4. Formally present/pitch/propose products and services as solutions to established problems
5. Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM or other similar database
6. Negotiate contracts to maximize long-term and immediate value
7. Forecast closed deals (sales, recruiting, etc.)
8. Educate users, clients, and prospects about products and services, providing relevant and accurate information

Position Requirements:

1. Bilingual in Spanish (required)
2. Knowledge of property management (preferred)
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels
4. Proven ability to manage details, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
5. Sound business judgment and comfort in fast-paced settings
6. Excellent time management and follow-through
7. Self-motivated, yet collaborative
8. Strong phone sales skills with a sense of urgency
9. Receptive to feedback and eager to improve
