Position: Leasing Consultant  

Location: West Melbourne, FL

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:

1. Conduct tours of the property and available units for potential tenants.
2. Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about available units, property features, and lease terms.
3. Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media posts, and community outreach to attract prospective tenants.
4. Keep accurate records of all tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
5. Manage lease renewals and communicate with tenants about their options and any changes to terms.
6. Address and resolve tenant complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Perform regular property inspections to ensure units and common areas are well-maintained.
8. Liaise with maintenance staff to ensure the timely completion of repairs and maintenance requests.
9. Ensure tenants comply with property rules and regulations, taking appropriate action when violations occur.
10. Process rent payments and follow up on late payments.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:  

1. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
2. Experience in YARDI.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
6. Persuasive sales abilities to convert leads into leases.
7. Familiarity with property management software and office applications.
8. Meticulous attention to detail for record-keeping and lease management.
9. Effective problem-solving skills to address tenant issues and property challenges.
