Position: Residential Specialist 

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $19 to $22/hour

Experience: 1 year of experience with security programs, policies, and controls preferred.

Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire

Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (5 shifts a week)

1. Customer service or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
2. Guard Card preferred; candidates without one are expected to obtain within 30 days (employer will assist with the process).
3. Valid driver's license is preferred.
4. Experience with OSHA, Disability Management, and Workers Compensation preferred.
5. Knowledge of current laws, regulations, and practices in safety and security.
6. Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Leadership and motivational abilities.
9. Attention to detail.
10. Flexible and dependable.
