Employers Options is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team! 

Job Description:

• Educate users/clients/prospects about products and services
• Memorize key product features and benefits to share with customers
• Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist customers and guests with a wide variety of requests and issues
• Recommend appropriate solutions to customer needs
• Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate department/employee

Position Requirements:

• Experience operating technology systems
• Ability to resolve client issues and concerns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to pass a drug test and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
